I'm really not at all into making arbitrarily ranked "best of the year" lists, but I do like making mixes. I was trading some mixes this month with a guy in Spain who suggested we each compile some of our favorite songs from 2011 & I figured sharing it here would be a good way to give props to some of the better records I bought this year without having to go all-out nerd with a strategically structured list of my top whatever.
